We offer home visits by appointment. If you live within 20 miles of Hahira, GA, you can schedule a home visit with at least seven days’ notice.

Discounted pricing on imaging at local imaging facilities, as well as discounted rates on add-on labs not included in plans [Membership includes CBC, CMP, TSH to T4, UA, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C]
