Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model that gives you unlimited access to your doctor without the hassles of insurance. You pay a flat monthly fee for high-quality, personalized care, including same-day appointments, extended visits, direct provider access, and discounted lab work and medications.

If feasible, we recommend keeping a low premium high deductible insurance plan for major medical expenses like hospitalizations, surgeries, or specialist visits. DPC is not insurance—it’s a way to get direct, everyday care without insurance restrictions. Many patients pair DPC with a catastrophic insurance plan for full coverage.

Your membership covers all necessary acute and follow-up primary care visits, personalized care with direct access to your doctor, flexible appointments, preventive care, chronic disease management, minor procedures, and discounted lab work, imaging, and medications.

We handle most of your healthcare needs, but if you require a specialist, we will help coordinate referrals and negotiate discounted rates when possible. If you are hospitalized, we remain available for care coordination to ensure seamless support.
